Is Tendem free? 

No — tasks are paid with tokens. You only pay once the task is completed.

How do I get started? 

Log in via Google or Microsoft → describe your task → wait for results.

 

Billing

Can I see task cost before submitting it? 

No — the cost is calculated based on complexity after the task is completed.

How can I top up my balance? 

Via Stripe, using the Top up button in your profile.

Does the balance expire? 

No — your balance remains in your account until you use it.

 

Tasks

Can I submit multiple tasks at once? 

Yes — each new chat is a separate task.

Can I edit a task? 

No, but you can send clarifications before expert review begins.

Can I stop a task? 
 

Yes — click Stop task anytime.

How do I contact support?
