Task errors
Known issues:
- Task doesn't process or freezes on “Tendem working…”
- AI reply is incomplete or doesn't appear
- Chat doesn’t update
What to do:
- Try refreshing the page
- If nothing helps — click Share in the top-right of your task
- Send the link to Support with a short message (e.g., “Task froze before AI replied”)
Can I retry?
Yes — just open a New Task and submit the same prompt again. Each task is a separate session.
FAQ
I submitted a task but got no result. What should I do?
Check if the task is still under review. If it’s stuck, contact Support.
My task stopped on the Human expert reviewing stage!
Please try to renew the task by entering something like: I want human expert to review the task.
If you still don't get update on the task please contact the Support team.
"The automatic process took too long (30 minutes) and was stopped" - What does it mean?
My balance disappeared!
Make sure the task was completed — balance is only deducted when a result is delivered.
Will I be charged if the task fails?
No — balance is only deducted if the task is completed.
Will I see an error message?
Currently, no. More transparency is coming soon.
What if I lose internet during a task?
Don’t worry — the task will continue processing in the background.
I can’t open the Google Docs link in my task.
