No — cost is calculated after your task is completed, based on complexity and expert involvement.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are currently not available. If you're unhappy with a result, please use the “I don’t like it” button to help us improve.

Will my tokens expire?

No — tokens remain in your account until used.

Can I top up in a different currency?

Yes — your bank will convert the currency automatically during payment via Stripe.
